Ken recently (July, 2013) did a number of small jobs throughout the HOA, primarily in the clubhouse. He repaired dings in the walls, did touch-up painting, replaced bulbs and mulch bed edging and, lastly, he painted & repaired our street signs. Neat work, quickly completed, reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the results!

DMA Solutions - Fencing

Looking for fencing? New fence installations or repairs expertly done by DMA Solutions. DMA did work for the HOA in the spring of 2012 when they straightened the fence lining the entrance to Lexington Ridge as well as the pool & tot lot fencing. Ken Throckmorton, the owner of DMA, worked at Styx Valley Fence until they closed their doors in 2011. Styx Valley was always our source for replacement parts since they did the original installations here. We were glad to know that we had a company to turn to after Styx Valley closed. They also do mailbox installations and repairs.

Hinckley Roofing - 330-722-7663 – They’ve been in business for 53 years and in the words of the resident who’s used them in the past, they are “quick & reasonable.”

Medina Siding - 330-722-3226 – They do siding & roofing among other things. The resident who recommended this company said they were very reasonable and fixed her siding promptly.

Carpet Cleaning

Dunn-Right Custom Carpet Cleaning - Truck mounted, fully insured, owner-operated. Jeff & Vikki Dunn 330-336-9795 866.336-9795. HOA used this company to clean carpets in clubhouse and steam clean ceramic tile floors.
